Magnova Student Company is a company managed by students of SMAN 3 Semarang under the guidance of Prestasi Junior Indonesia and Zurich Indonesia.
We are led by a CEO with six main divisions: Production, Marketing, Sales, Finance, HRD, and PR working together to create sustainable products.
Our focus is on eco-friendly bamboo-based household cleaning supplies. Out of 38 thousand tons of household waste per year in Indonesia, only 61.75% is well managed. Our products serve as a solution by offering durable and reusable alternatives.
Indonesia has 176 bamboo species out of 1,620 species worldwide, with 105 endemic species. This wealth of resources forms the foundation for our development of sustainable and environmentally friendly products.
Welcome to our lodge, Magniac! Finally oh finally! After a long wait, the revelation of the curtains was on November 22nd, 2024.
Before sitting with friends, guests were directed to greet Magnolias at the counter registration first. Magnolia always waves to greet the guests. Those who looked after the registration counter never forget to draw their beautiful smiles. Even though they just met, there is no need to be awkward. They don't bite!
It didn't take long for the venue to be filled by guests. The event started with the two most interactive Magnolia MCs. The greatest thing is—the guests gave their full attention to the two MCs. Magnolia MCs stood at the front to greet Magniac in a bright morning welcome, and told every agenda in the opening of the MAGNOVA Student Company.
After getting to know MC Magnolia a little, the event moved on to the next segment; singing the national anthem Indonesia Raya. Everyone—without exception—sang solemnly. Without a loose, still solemn atmosphere, everyone also sang Mars Ganesha. The venue at that time seemed to be the stage of a dream choir; cohesive.
The event continued with a reception for the honorable guests. Representatives from Mr. Fausan Nur Rachman, S.T., M.M. who represented Zurich gave a prestigious speech. Continued by Mr. Pribadi Setiyanto, S.E., M.A. as Chairman of the Executive Board of Prestasi Junior Indonesia. Everyone listened to him attentively. Mr. Yuwana M.Kom.'s speech was no less inspirational. Everyone laughed—every single drop of his jokes came out.
"Ladies and gentlemen," said MC Magnolia, "let us get into the heart of the event; Introduction to the Company Profile and Introduction to the Organization Structure of Magnova SC."
The microphone was handed over to the Chief Executive Officer of the bamboo lodge—willing to unveil the curtain. After that, MAGNOVA SC was finally introduced. She explained every inch of the philosophy that is attached to us. Accompanied by the echoing drums, one by one we stepped forward proudly to show ourselves to Magniac.
"And I, Brigitta Marsya Devana Andin," she paused, "as the CEO of MAGNOVA SC."
We bowed respectfully, left Magniac applauded enthusiastically!
The room became more conducive when the MC joked through Indonesian pantun. Their precision allowed Magniac to focus on the Board of Directors' explanation. They appeared professional on that occasion! By using standard diction but still feels close.
Perhaps Magniac has been waiting for us, the purchase of share-sales was the most crowded segment that day. Many were scrambling to buy MAGNOVA SC shares.
Sigh, what a day to be Magnolia …
